Destination Rangiroa

Cradle of the first creation by SPRINGER & FERSEN

After 36 hours of travelling and having crossed half of the globe, Rangiroa is emerging, paradise atoll of the antipodes, where Nature and Man live in symbiosis. Where the world seems to have been created.
Suddenly, time and space take on a different dimension. The ocean and the sky merge in total harmony.
If the Garden of Eden exists, it is in the middle of the South Pacific, in this archipelago that modern life seems to have spared.

“It was during a sea cruise that I crossed the path of sea turtles, Manta rays, multicoloured fish seeking for shallower waters to reproduce ... It’s probably that day that I realized the power and strength of elements, their beauty and their mysteries.”

Manta Ray design

It was the Manta ray, this giant that seems to be hovering under the ocean, that guided Axel Grivory's pencil for the design of this men's watch. Emblematic of the Maori culture, the Manta ray is also featured on the back of the 44mm case in the style of a Polynesian tattoo.

A sea devil

In high-polished steel, each edge of the matte brushed steel case highlights this very specific design that gives the watch its personality. Its proportions and the camber of its lugs inevitably recall the aquatic dance and the elegant silhouette of this "sea devil".

Dual Time

The second hand and the white Swiss SuperLuminova® photoluminescent hands punctuate the dial with their regular movement, from which the arrow of the time zone marker stands out. The numbers on the count up bezel is engraved for better reading in the greater depths.

The sailboat touch

As for the bracelet, its silicone links set in steel and held by screwed rivets evoke the strength of sailboats rigging and the design of the matte silicone the exotic wood of sea pontoons

The signature

With particular attention to finish, the SPRINGER & FERSEN logo adorns the polished steel folding buckle and the silicone on top of the crowns.

The box

Each watch is presented in a Deluxe white lacquered wood box, with an Inernational 2 years guaranty card (parts and labour), which is also the SPRINGER & FERSEN membership card. Each timepiece is designed in Paris, and conceived and made in La Chaux-de-Fonds, in Switzerland.
